Director of Worship Ministries
We are seeking a relational, creative, spiritually mature leader to serve as our next Director of Worship Ministries. This full-time role oversees worship ministries across COS and directly leads music for our 9:00 a.m. worship service. We are looking for someone who can cast vision, develop volunteers, and guide the spiritual and creative direction of worship across a variety of styles. You will help people encounter God through worship that is spiritually rich and welcoming to newcomers.
