Come connect with others and get in a quick workout on Wednesday mornings in the youth wing, beginning September 4, at our newly formed connect group. We’ll have a Cardio Class from 8-8:30 am and a Stretch and Breath class from 8:30-9 am. Both classes are free! Bring a friend, and we’ll see you there!
